KAVB International Canna Checklist, September 2004
E. Turc; flowers salmon, leaves brown, height over 80 cm.
Claines Canna Collection 2006
A plant with this name took part in the 1906 RHS canna trials at Wisley, Nr London. This is not the same cultivar, and while it is still one of our favourites, we do wish that hybridists would follow the naming rules. Nevertheless, this is a champion, with large soft-salmon-pink petals, overlaid with streaks of darker, almost red, colouring and flushes of gold in the throat. Light bronze foliage completes a superb picture.
