(T) This opulent cultivar has large, rich salmon-pink, gladiolus-like flowers. The plant is of great stature with substantial, broad and slightly glaucous leaves. Raised by P. Schmidt. This is not the same as ‘Pfitzer’s Chinese Coral’, which is more compact and a brighter pink. Inevitably there is some confusion here, as many stocks exist under this name.
