Canna ‘Emblème’ is a tall Crozy Group cultivar; bronze foliage, oblong shaped, branching habit; flowers are open, self-coloured vermilion, staminodes are medium size, edges regular, petals red, not self-cleaning, low bloomer, blooms open in the early morning; fertile both ways, not self-pollinating or true to type; rhizomes are thick, up to 3 cm in diameter, coloured purple; tillering is slow.
