Canna ‘Maggie’ is a small Crozy Group cultivar; purple foliage, oval shaped, maroon margin, branching habit; oval main stems, coloured purple; triangular flower stems, coloured purple; flowers are open, self-coloured pink, staminodes are medium size, edges lightly frilled, petals red with farina, fully self-cleaning, good bloomer, blooms open in the early morning; fertile both ways, not self-pollinating or true to type, capsules globose; rhizomes are thick, up to 3 cm in diameter, coloured white and pink; tillering is slow.

A vigorous grower, short and bushy with nicely foliage adorned with large, pink, fluffy flowers. If your name is Maggie then you can’t live without one of these.
