CannaNepalensis grandiflora striata’ is a medium sized Foliage Group cultivar; glaucous green foliage, oval shaped, upright habit; oval main stems, coloured green; spikes of flowers are open, yellow with red spots, staminodes are medium size, edges regular, labellum is yellow with red stripes, petals yellow, fully self-cleaning, good bloomer, blooms open in the early morning; fertile both ways, not true to type, self-pollinating; rhizomes are thick, up to 3 cm in diameter, coloured white and pink; tillering is average.
