Canna ‘Pale Beauty’ is a small Crozy Group cultivar; green foliage, oval shaped, branching habit; oval main stems, coloured green; spikes of flowers are open, pale pink with a narrow saffron-yellow margin, throat saffron-yellow with pale pink blotches, staminodes are large, edges lightly frilled, labellum is pale pink with saffron-yellow blotches, stamen is saffron-yellow with pale-rose spots, style is saffron-yellow, petals green, fully self-cleaning, good bloomer, blooms open in the early morning; fertile both ways, not self-pollinating or true to type, capsules globose; rhizomes are thick, up to 3 cm in diameter, coloured white and pink; tillering is average.
