Canna ‘Rosenkavalier’ is a medium sized Crozy Group cultivar; green foliage, ovoid shaped, spreading habit; spikes of flowers are open, self-coloured coral-pink, staminodes are medium size, fully self-cleaning, outstanding bloomer, blooms open in the early morning; fertile both ways, not self-pollinating or true to type; rhizomes are thick, up to 3 cm in diameter, coloured white and pink; tillering is average.

A fine plant about 3 feet tall, compact growth, dense rich green foliage which is topped with large trusses of soft coral rose flowers. Individual blooms are big and substantial. Here is a magnificent showy and colourful plant particularly noted for its constant blooming. Raised by Wilhelm Pfitzer of Stuttgart, Germany.
